Please check if your Network Selection option is set on automatic when you travel to a new country. If you are experiencing service issues we suggest that you perform a SIM reset and manual network selection. This does not affect your personal phone settings or personal contacts.
- Remove the battery from your phone
- Reinsert the battery
- Turn your phone on
In addition to a SIM reset, you can also try to manually select an alternative network.
Please refer to your phone instructions for the location of this option/these settings.
